Solar is one of the few home upgrades where your neighbors directly lower your price. When a block buys together, an installer mobilizes once and quotes many roofs at the same time — so the per-home cost drops, and BlockSun passes that back as tiered discounts.

The tiers

At 3 homes the block unlocks the first discount; at 7, a bigger one; at 10+, the top tier. Every neighbor you bring moves the whole block toward the next rung — including your own quote.
